United Nations

According to Wikipedia, the United Nations has fifteen "specialized agencies". They are:

FAO		Food and Agriculture Organization
ICAO		International Civil Aviation Organization
IFAD		International Fund for Agricultural Development
ILO		International Labour Organization
IMO		International Maritime Organization
IMF		International Monetary Fund
ITU		International Telecommunication Union
UNESCO		United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization
UNIDO		United Nations Industrial Development Organization
UPU		Universal Postal Union
WBG		World Bank Group
WHO		World Health Organization
WIPO		World Intellectual Property Organization
WMO		World Meteorological Organization
WTO		World Tourism Organization

The WTO is sometimes called the UNWTO – possibly to avoid confusion with the other WTO (see below). No prizes for guessing what the UN stands for.

WBG Institutions

The World Banking Group comprises five legally separate but affiliated institutions:

IBRD		International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
IFC		International Finance Corporation
IDA		International Development Association
MIGA		Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency
ICSID		International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes

(This is the order that Wikipedia lists them in. I presume this is some sort of ranking of importance.

Other UN Organisations

Wikipedia also lists five "Related organizations". It doesn't give acronym–type names for the first and fourth, but I include them here for completeness:
